These Terms govern your use of the websites, mobile applications, SDKs and hardware products provided by Tap Systems, Inc. ("Tap", "we", "us").

1. Use of the Services

You agree to use our Services only in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise improperly access the Services, except as permitted by law or by separate license (such as our Apache 2.0 SDKs).

2. Purchases

All purchases are subject to our shipping and returns policy. Prices and availability are subject to change.

3. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content, are owned by Tap Systems or its licensors. Our SDKs are licensed separately under the Apache 2.0 license.

4. Warranty & liability

Our products are covered by our standard warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided "as is" and Tap disclaims all other warranties. Tap's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected product.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
