Shipping & returns
We ship globally. We accept returns within 30 days. The full details are below.
Shipping
We ship to the United States and internationally. Standard shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Most US orders arrive in 3–7 business days; international orders typically arrive in 7–21 business days.
Tracking information is emailed once your order leaves our warehouse. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees collected by your local carrier.
Returns
We accept returns of unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Original shipping fees are not refunded.
To start a return, contact us at support@tapwithus.com with your order number. We'll send you return instructions and a return authorization.
Warranty
All Tap products carry a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of original purchase. Wear-and-tear damage, accidental damage and unauthorized modifications are not covered.
To file a warranty claim, contact support@tapwithus.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll respond within 2 business days.
Order tracking and changes
Once an order has shipped, we can't change the destination. If you need to update an address before shipment, contact us immediately.
