Do I need Tap+ to use my Tap device?

No. Every Tap works fully without Tap+. The free tier includes TapMapper, gesture training, and all the basic mappings. Tap+ adds cloud sync, adaptive accuracy and the AI prompt library on top.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel any time from your account. Your existing layouts stay on your device — you just lose cloud sync and the AI prompt library updates.

Is there a family plan?

Family plans for up to 4 members are coming. Email support@tapwithus.com to be notified when they launch.

Does Tap+ work with my Apple Watch / Tap Strap 2 / Tap XR?

Yes. Tap+ works with every Tap device — Watch Band, Strap 2 and XR. Cloud sync moves your layouts between them.

What about privacy?

Your gesture data never leaves your device. Tap+ syncs only your custom mappings and prompt library — never your usage patterns or what you're doing.
